We, E-Revbay Private Limited (Finqy Group) a leading FinTech Company having its office in Goregaon- West, Mumbai with operations in India and UAE. As we continue to expand and explore strategic opportunities including M&A, fundraising, and a potential IPO, we’re looking for a smart, driven Senior Legal Associate to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Investment Agreements & Structuring
• Review, negotiate, and finalize Shareholders’ Agreements (SHAs), Share Subscription Agreements (SSAs), and other investment-related contracts before they reach the signing stage.
• Collaborate with investment teams to structure transactions in a legally sound manner, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.
• Handle investor relations and communications, including regular updates, documentation sharing, and prompt resolution of investor queries.
Contract Drafting, Review & Negotiation
• Draft, review, and negotiate service-level agreements, commercial contracts, banks, rental, loan and vendor agreements to ensure that all legal obligations are met.
• Ensure that all agreements reflect commercial interests, minimize legal risks, and align with compliance protocols.
• Conduct legal due diligence on contracts, ensuring that critical business risks and legal obligations are addressed.
Legal Governance & Risk Management
• Maintain a legal tracker for all ongoing legal matters
• Work with internal litigation team to ensure structured legal follow-ups.
• Proactively identify and mitigate legal risks associated with investments, contracts, and fund operations.
High-Pressure Legal Decision-Making & Time Optimization
• Prioritize and structure legal matters to ensure that the Founder and leadership team spend time only on critical legal decisions.
• Operate under tight deal timelines, ensuring that transactional legal processes are executed with speed and precision.
What We’re Looking For:
o Law graduate (L.L.B / L.L.M) with Min 5 years of experience in corporate or contract law. (Preference will be given to CS + LLB/LLM having relevant legal experience.)
o Basic experience in secretarial compliances including ROC filings, drafting of minutes, and compliance under the Companies Act.
o Strong understanding of commercial contracts and business transactions.
o Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
o Comfort working across multiple jurisdictions and time zones.
o Proactive, business-minded approach with a desire to grow into a leadership role as the company scales.
o Experience or interest in fundraising, or IPO processes is a plus.
