Legal Executive
  Contract Drafting & Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts such as shareholder agreements, joint ventures, commercial leases, and supply contracts to safeguard the company's legal interests. Lead the drafting, negotiation, and review of high-stakes contracts, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, and vendor agreements

  Regulatory Compliance: Advise on compliance with laws and regulations, including corporate tax, labour laws, and environmental standards, to mitigate legal risks.

 Corporate Governance: Guide on best practices for board structures, shareholder rights, and fiduciary duties to ensure ethical business operations. Ensure adherence to corporate laws, regulations, and internal policies. Oversee compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI regulations, and other relevant statutes.

  Intellectual Property (IP): Assist in protecting trademarks, patents, copyrights, and trade secrets, and advise on licensing and IP-related disputes. Manage all litigation matters, coordinating with external counsel as necessary.

  Dispute Resolution: Manage and resolve legal disputes through litigation, arbitration, or mediation, aiming to protect the company's interests
  Legal Risk Management: Identify potential legal risks in business operations and provide strategies to mitigate them &Identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Advise on legal implications of business decisions to safeguard the company's interests.

Policy Development: Develop and implement internal policies to ensure legal compliance across the organization,& procedures to ensure legal compliance and operational efficiency.

·         Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor the in-house legal team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth

• Solid knowledge of general business law issues

• Strong legal experience in corporate and commercial matters.

• Relevant experience in at least one of the following areas: M&A,

• Project Finance, and Construction Agreements, contracts and authority compliances.

• Pref Industry Food Industry
