Job Title: Legal Assistant

Role Overview

We are looking for a Legal Research Analyst who will work closely with clients to understand their legal issues, review case documents, and provide clear, practical solutions. This role requires strong communication skills along with the ability to analyze legal matters and guide clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct one-on-one client calls to understand legal concerns and gather relevant details

Review and analyze client documents, agreements, and case-related materials

Prepare clear case summaries highlighting key issues and facts

Perform legal research to identify possible solutions and legal remedies

Explain legal options and next steps to clients in a simple and practical manner

Suggest resolution strategies based on the case (legal, procedural, or advisory)

Maintain proper records, case notes, and follow-ups for each client

Coordinate with internal teams for escalations or complex matters

Requirements:

LLB (LLM preferred but not mandatory)

0–3 years of experience (freshers with strong communication skills can apply)

Strong verbal communication skills (comfortable handling client calls)

Good legal research and analytical ability

Basic understanding of contracts, civil matters, or compliance

Ability to simplify legal language for non-legal clients
