Job Summary

Equinox Settlements LLP is seeking a qualified and motivated Legal Executive to support its legal and compliance operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in legal drafting, company registrations, and regulatory filings, and will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure compliance with applicable laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, agreements, and contracts

• Handling company registration and related compliance requirements

• Managing GST registration and filings

• Processing MSME registrations

• Handling Trademark registration and related documentation

• Liaising with government authorities and regulatory bodies

• Maintaining legal records and compliance documentation

• Providing legal support for day-to-day operational requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• LLB degree from a recognized university

• 2–6 years of relevant legal experience

• Strong legal drafting and documentation skills

• Knowledge of company law, GST, MSME, and trademark regulations

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
