We are looking for a Legal Advisor to join our team at Gm Global Products And Sales Private Limited to manage legal documentation, contract reviews and compliance matters. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹27,000 along with professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft and review contracts, agreements and company policies
Ensure legal compliance with local and national laws
Maintain legal records and files for internal reference
Coordinate with legal counsel and external authorities
Assist in case follow-ups and court documentation
Strong in real estate/ Civil Matter mainly Non Litigation
Experience in Criminal/Civil and Corporate Matters
Good Knowledge of Karnataka land reforms
Must be able to provide Scrutiny, Prepare check lists, follow up for document and download necessary documents from govt portals and govt offices
Should be able to provide legal opinions for any given revenue/commercial/conversion Lands
Good drafting skills and MS Office skills required
Kannada and English languages Must
Must be able to work in office and must be good team player
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is any Law Degree and 2 - 6+ years of experience. Strong understanding of legal terms, communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
