Barbarik Urban Green Pvt. Ltd. is expanding and looking for an experienced Patwari to support our land acquisition and legal documentation processes for real estate projects.

✨ Position: Patwari – Legal Documentation
📍 Location: Gurugram, Haryana
🕘 Employment Type: Full-Time
📊 Experience: 3–6 Years (preferred in real estate / land acquisition)

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and verify land records such as Jamabandi, Khasra, Khatauni, and mutation documents.

• Conduct land title verification and assist in due diligence.

• Coordinate with Tehsil, Revenue Department, and government authorities.

• Support legal documentation related to land acquisition and registration.

• Perform site visits for land measurement and boundary verification.

• Ensure compliance with local land laws and regulations.

✅ Preferred Candidate Profile:

· Graduate in Law (LLB) or Commerce with 2-5 years’ experience in real estate legal documentation; knowledge of Haryana Revenue Code preferred.

• Strong knowledge of revenue records and land documentation.

• Experience in real estate or township projects.

• Good liaison skills with government departments.

• Detail-oriented with strong record management abilities.
