Job Summary

Aviyana Legal is seeking a skilled and dedicated Advocate/Lawyer to represent our clients in civil, criminal, family, property, and other legal matters, and to handle all forms of legal drafting, pleading, documentation, and court procedures. The role requires strong courtroom presence, legal expertise, and the ability to manage multiple cases with professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Case Handling & Representation

Represent Aviyana Legal’s clients in Civil Courts, Criminal Courts, Family Courts, Consumer Forums, Tribunals, and High Court (if eligible).

Handle cases related to:

Civil disputes

Criminal matters (bailable and non-bailable)

Property disputes, transfer issues, RERA, and real estate matters

Family disputes (divorce, custody, maintenance, domestic violence, etc.)

Business, employment, and contract-related issues

2. Legal Drafting & Pleading

Draft legal documents, including:

Plaint, written statements, affidavits

Criminal complaints, bail applications, FIR quashing petitions

Family court petitions and replies

Property agreements, sale deeds, MoUs, lease agreements

Legal notices, replies, and representation letters

Appeal drafts and miscellaneous applications

Prepare case briefs, notes, arguments, and research documentation.

3. Court Procedures & Case Management

Appear before courts on scheduled dates, maintain professionalism, and ensure effective advocacy.

Coordinate with clients for statements, evidence, documentation, and affidavits.

Cross-examine witnesses and present arguments in court.

Prepare case strategies in alignment with senior counsel (if involved).

4. Client Consultation & Advisory

Conduct client meetings, understand case requirements, and provide legal opinions.

Advise clients regarding legal rights, liabilities, options, and next steps.

Maintain transparent communication and update clients on case progress.

5. Coordination & Documentation

Maintain proper case files, documents, and digital records as per Aviyana Legal standards.

Coordinate with police departments, government offices, registrars, and courts for procedural compliance.

Assist in due diligence for property, company law, or commercial matters when required.

Required Qualifications & Experience

LLB / BL degree from a recognized university.

Registered with the Bar Council of India / State Bar Council.

Experience: 3–5 years minimum of litigation practice.

(Candidates with 5+ years experience given preference for independent case handling.)

Strong knowledge of civil, criminal, family, and property laws.

Experience with drafting, filings, pleadings, and court procedures.
