Job Description:

Legal Capital Law Firm is looking for a skilled and dynamic Lawyer/Advocate with hands-on experience in DRT matters, strong drafting abilities, and excellent client-handling skills. The candidate will be responsible for managing legal cases, coordinating with clients, and supporting recovery/legal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle matters related to DRT (Debt Recovery Tribunal)

Manage call-based legal follow-ups and coordination with clients

Draft legal notices, petitions, affidavits, and other legal documents

Attend court proceedings and assist in case handling

Interact with clients, understand their requirements, and provide legal guidance

Maintain case records and ensure timely updates

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth case execution

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of DRT procedures and recovery laws

Excellent drafting and documentation skills

Good communication and client-facing abilities

Experience in call work / telephonic coordination

Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently

Qualification:

LLB / LLM from a recognized university

Bar Council registration is mandatory

Salary: 10,000 - 30,000
