Key Responsibilities: only banaglore based candidates need to apply
Handle legal documentation, drafting, and verification of agreements, contracts, and deeds related to real estate and general legal matters.
Provide legal opinions and advice on property, compliance, and business matters.
Represent clients before relevant authorities, tribunals, and courts when required.
Conduct title due diligence, verification of property records, and coordinate with government offices for document processing.
Maintain and manage client files, records, and case documents efficiently.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, ensuring timely follow-up and updates.
Support internal teams and management with legal insights, risk analysis, and compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
LLB / BL from a recognized university (enrollment with Bar Council is mandatory).
1+ years of post-qualification experience in legal practice (preferably in real estate or general legal consulting).
Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada (both verbal and written).
Strong drafting and documentation abilities.
Sound understanding of property laws, contracts, and civil procedures.
Ability to handle clients professionally with empathy and confidence.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Based in or familiar with Bangalore legal and property frameworks.
Prior experience in client-facing roles and multi-disciplinary legal support.
Knowledge of local land records and registration processes is an advantage.
