We Are Hiring – In-House Advocate

Location: Kailash colony– Advocates & Legal Consultants

We are looking for an experienced In-House Advocate to join our litigation team. The role involves handling court matters, police station follow-ups, legal drafting, client coordination, and liaison with various authorities. This is an excellent opportunity to work on diverse civil, criminal, commercial, and arbitration matters.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 (In-hand), depending on experience and capability.

Key Responsibilities

Appear before Courts, Tribunals, and other judicial/quasi-judicial authorities.

Attend Police Stations, Government Offices, and other statutory authorities for legal follow-ups and liaison work.

Draft legal notices, pleadings, applications, affidavits, agreements, contracts, legal opinions, and other legal documents.

Prepare and file matters before Courts and Tribunals, including coordinating with filing departments.

Conduct legal research and case law analysis.

Coordinate with clients, advocates, court staff, police officials, and government authorities.

Manage case files, maintain records, and ensure timely compliance with court directions and procedural requirements.

Assist Senior Advocates in hearings, conferences, and strategy discussions.

Follow up on pending matters, obtain certified copies, and monitor case progress.

Eligibility

LL.B. (LL.M. preferred).

Minimum 6+ years of litigation experience.

Strong drafting, legal research, and communication skills.

Practical experience in court appearances and liaison with police stations and government departments.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple matters, and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools will be an added advantage.
