Job Title: Company Secretary (M)

Industry: Manufacturing (Pharmaceutical / Healthcare)

Location: Near Crystal Mall, Rajkot (Corporate Office)

Operational Units: Morbi | Ankleshwar | Pipaliya

Probation Period: 6 Months (Compulsory)

Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Company Secretary to ensure statutory compliance, corporate governance, and regulatory coordination across multiple manufacturing units. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing corporate legal requirements and supporting senior management with governance and reporting functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, FEMA, and other applicable laws

• Preparation and filing of statutory returns (MGT-7, AOC-4, etc.)

• Drafting Board Meeting agendas, minutes, resolutions, and maintaining statutory registers

• Liaison with auditors, regulatory authorities, and legal advisors

• Oversee corporate governance practices and compliance calendar

• MIS reporting and confidential documentation management

• Director support including meeting coordination, calendar management, and travel arrangements

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Company Law and regulatory compliance

• Expertise in statutory filings and documentation

• Excellent drafting and communication skills (English, Hindi, Gujarati)

• Proficiency in MS Office

• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and multitasking ability

Qualification

• Qualified Company Secretary (ICSI)

Experience

• 2–5 years of relevant experience

• Freshers with strong academic knowledge and compliance exposure may apply

Compensation

• Up to ₹70,000 per month (Based on experience and competency)

Working Hours

• 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

• Sunday Off
