Position Overview
This role requires a qualified Chartered Accountant responsible for complete financial management, audits, GST compliance, and corporate governance. The
candidate will support all finance, taxation, and MCA-related functions and ensure adherence to statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management
● Oversee accounting operations including A/R, A/P, general ledger, and revenue analysis.
● Lead monthly/quarterly/annual financial closing cycles.
● Prepare MIS reports, balance sheets, P&L statements, and cash-flow reports.
● Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
● Manage payroll reconciliations and internal financial controls.
Taxation & GST Compliance
● Handle GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings and regulatory submissions.
● Conduct detailed GST reconciliation for GSTR-1, 2A/2B, and 3B.
● Ensure accurate mapping of all company services to GSTIN categories.
● Respond to tax queries, audits, and notices.
Secretarial & Legal Compliance
● Manage MCA/ROC filings including MGT-7, AOC-4, and event-based submissions.
● Draft and maintain board meeting documents, resolutions, and statutory records.
● Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, FEMA, and other corporate laws.
● Coordinate with external auditors and legal advisors.
Qualifications & Skills
● Qualified Chartered Accountant (mandatory).
● 2–6 years of post-qualification experience in finance, compliance, or audit.
● Strong knowledge of Ind AS, GST, TDS, and corporate laws.
● Proficiency in Tally/ERP systems and advanced Excel.
