Location: Benz Circle, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh

Experience: 2– 6 Years 

Practice Areas: Litigation Law - Civil, Criminal, & Family

Roles & Responsibilities:

Represent clients before District Courts, High Courts, Tribunals, and other legal forums.

Draft, review, and file legal documents including plaints, written statements, petitions, affidavits, applications, notices, agreements, and contracts.

Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies and opinions.

Handle court appearances, arguments, and follow-ups on assigned matters.

Coordinate with clients, court managers, and internal legal teams for case updates and documentation.

Maintain accurate records of case files and ensure timely compliance with court procedures.

Assist senior advocates in complex matters and case preparations.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

LL.B. degree from a recognized university.

Enrolled with the State Bar Council.

Strong knowledge of procedural and substantive laws.

Good drafting, communication, and analytical skills.

Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Court practice and filing experience.

Client handling and negotiation skills.

Familiarity with e-filing and court management systems.

Professional ethics and attention to detail.
