Job Description – Advocate Intern

Company: Legal Capital Law Firm
Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad
Eligibility: Law Students / Fresh Law Graduates

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist advocates in drafting pleadings, petitions, affidavits, and legal notices.

• Conduct legal research and case law analysis.

• Support court matters, including filing, follow-ups, and case tracking.

• Maintain case files and documentation.

• Assist in client interactions and case preparation.

• Coordinate with court clerks and registry when required.

Skills & Requirements:

• Law students (3rd year onwards for 5-year course / final year for 3-year course) or fresh law graduates.

• Basic knowledge of civil, criminal, and corporate laws is preferred.

• Good legal drafting and research skills.

• Willingness to learn and ability to work in a professional environment.

• Proficiency in MS Word and legal research tools.
