Job Description:

Legal Capital is looking for a dedicated Advocate with 1 to 5 years of experience to join our growing legal team in Hyderabad. The candidate should have practical experience in DRT, civil, and criminal matters, along with strong drafting and court appearance skills.

Responsibilities:

Handle cases related to Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT)

Manage civil and criminal litigation matters

Draft legal documents such as petitions, affidavits, notices, and agreements

Appear before courts and tribunals in Hyderabad

Conduct legal research and case analysis

Coordinate with clients and provide legal advice

Maintain case files and ensure timely updates

Requirements:

LL.B. degree from a recognized university

Strong knowledge of DRT, civil law, and criminal law

Good drafting, communication, and argument skills

Ability to handle multiple cases efficiently

Must be enrolled with the Bar Council

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience practicing in Hyderabad courts

Strong client-handling skills
