Provide legal advice on property laws, land revenue laws, and real estate regulations
Conduct title search and due diligence for land, flats, and commercial properties
Draft, review, and vet sale deeds, lease deeds, gift deeds, agreements to sell, MOUs, etc.
Handle property registration, stamp duty, and documentation compliance
Represent clients before courts, tribunals, revenue authorities, and RERA
Resolve property disputes such as ownership issues, boundary disputes, encroachments, and easement rights
Advise on land conversion (NA), zoning, and development permissions
Assist builders and developers with project approvals and legal structuring
Handle tenant–landlord matters, eviction notices, and rent agreements
Ensure compliance with RERA Act, Transfer of Property Act, Registration Act, Stamp Act, and local laws
Liaise with government offices (Sub-Registrar, Collector, Municipality, Panchayat)
Provide legal opinions for banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for property loans
Support clients in property litigation, arbitration, and mediation
Maintain confidentiality and protect clients’ legal and financial interests
