Welder

We are looking for a Welder to join our team at Pulax Facility Management Private Limited. Your responsibility will be assisting contractors, operating heavy machinery and following all health and safety regulations at site. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for this position. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹30,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabrication & Assembly: Joining metal components, parts, or structures together based on technical drawings and specifications.

• Reading Blueprints: Interpreting technical drawings, welding symbols, and schematics to plan layouts and dimensions.

• Equipment Operation: Using welding tools like MIG, TIG, or Stick, alongside grinders, torches, and plasma cutters.

• Surface Preparation: Cleaning and preparing metal surfaces by removing rust or grease to ensure high-quality welds.

• Quality Inspection: Assessing completed welds for accuracy, defects, and strength, ensuring they meet structural standards.

• Safety Compliance: Maintaining a safe workspace by using protective gear (masks, gloves) and following regulations to avoid fire or injury.

• Equipment Maintenance: Maintaining and troubleshooting welding machinery to ensure it is in good working order.

  Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 6 months - 3 years of experience. Candidates applying for the position must be at least 18 years of age. The role requires physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks to be performed in all weather. Dependability and timely attendance are essential.
