We are looking for a Welder to join our team . Your responsibility will be assisting contractors, operating heavy machinery and following all health and safety regulations at site. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for this position. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18000 - ₹20000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project requirements.​

• Select, measure, cut, and assemble metal materials according to specified dimensions.​

• Set up and operate MIG welding equipment safely and efficiently.​

• Weld metal components together, ensuring precision and strength of joints.​

• Inspect finished welds for alignment, strength, and adherence to specifications.​

• Maintain a clean work environment, follow safety rules, and troubleshoot welding equipment issues.​

• Train or supervise apprentices and assist team members as needed

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 1 - 5 years of experience. Candidates applying for the position must be at least 18 years of age. The role requires physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks to be performed in all weather. Dependability and timely attendance are essential.
