Role Snapshot (aka What You’ll Do):
We’re onboarding Solar Installation Helpers to power up our on-ground operations. You’ll be the backbone of solar panel installations—hands-on, high-energy, and future-focused

Key Responsibilities:

• Solar panel installation ke time technicians ko assist karna

• Tools, materials & panels handle karna safely

• Wiring, mounting structures & basic setup mein help

• Site clean-up & safety rules follow karna

• Daily tasks supervisor ke instructions ke according complete karna

Eligibility (No Overthinking Needed):

• 10th pass ya basic education chalega

• Field work ke liye physically fit

• Solar experience ho toh bonus points, warna training milegi

• Team player mindset & learning attitude

• Freshers welcome—hum skills build karte hain
