About Us

The Nest Hostel Pune is a premium boys’ hostel offering safe, comfortable, and well-managed accommodation for students and working professionals. We are looking for a responsible, disciplined, and customer-focused Male Hostel Warden to manage the day-to-day operations of our hostel.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the boys’ hostel.
• Ensure discipline, safety, and a positive living environment.
• Manage student check-ins, check-outs, and room allotments.
• Handle resident queries and resolve issues professionally.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper upkeep of the hostel.
• Monitor security, visitor entries, and hostel rules.
• Assist with rent collection and maintain occupancy records.
• Maintain attendance, complaints, and incident registers.
• Be available to handle emergencies whenever required.

Candidate Requirements

• Male candidate, preferably 30–50 years of age.
• Graduate preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a hostel, PG, hotel, or facility management role.
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Google Sheets).
• Honest, disciplined, and customer-friendly personality.
• Ability to stay calm and handle students professionally.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 p
