Job Overview

A Site Supervisor is responsible for managing on-site execution of CCTV, Fire Alarm, and other ELV system projects, ensuring work is completed on time, safely, and as per design/specifications.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Supervise installation of CCTV systems (IP/Analog cameras, DVR/NVR)

• Oversee fire alarm system installation (smoke detectors, panels, hooters)

• Manage cable laying, conduit work, and termination

• Handle site execution as per drawings and BOQ

• Coordinate with engineers, clients, and contractors

• Lead and guide technicians/helpers team

• Ensure proper testing & commissioning of systems

• Monitor project timelines and daily progress

• Maintain site reports, documentation, and checklists

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures

• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical issues

⚡ Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of CCTV & Fire Alarm systems

• Understanding of ELV systems (Extra Low Voltage)

• Ability to read electrical drawings and layouts

• Team handling and leadership skills

• Problem-solving and decision-making

• Good communication skills

🎓 Qualification

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics

• 2–5 years experience in CCTV / Fire Alarm / ELV projects
