Site Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to manage and supervise unskilled and semi-skilled manpower at client locations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth workforce operations, attendance, discipline, and coordination with clients.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage manpower at client sites on a daily basis.

• Ensure workers report on time and maintain attendance records.

• Allocate daily work and monitor worker productivity.

• Coordinate with clients regarding manpower requirements and daily operations.

• Resolve workers' issues and maintain discipline at the work site.

• Prepare and submit daily attendance and work reports to the office.

• Ensure workers follow safety rules and company policies.

• Arrange replacement manpower whenever required.

• Visit multiple client sites as needed and monitor workforce performance.

• Willing to travel to client locations and outside stations whenever required.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in manpower/site supervision.

• Good communication and team handling skills.

• Basic knowledge of attendance reporting and MS Excel is an advantage.

• Ability to handle 20–100 workers at different client locations.

• Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving licence (preferred).

• Immediate joining preferred.
