We are looking for a Picker / Packer to join our team at S N J Work Force Private Limited. Your responsibility will be assisting contractors, operating heavy machinery and following all health and safety regulations at site. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for this position. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18,000 - ₹21,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick products according to customer orders and picking lists.

• Check product quantity, quality, and accuracy before packing.

• Pack items securely to prevent damage during transportation.

• Label packages correctly with order details and shipping information.

• Sort and arrange products in the designated areas.

• Maintain inventory accuracy and report stock discrepancies.

• Ensure timely order processing and dispatch.

• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.

• Follow company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines.

• Coordinate with team members to meet daily targets.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass qualification.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Ability to read and understand product labels and order details.

• Basic counting and attention to detail.

• Ability to lift, move, and pack goods when required.

• Good teamwork and time management skills.

• Willingness to work in shifts, including rotational shifts if required.

• Ability to meet daily picking and packing targets.

• Must follow warehouse safety rules and company policies.

• Basic communication skills.
