The Peon is responsible for supporting daily office operations by performing routine administrative, cleaning, and assistance tasks. The role ensures smooth functioning of the office by maintaining cleanliness, assisting staff, and handling basic errands.
Opening and closing office premises as per working hours
Maintaining cleanliness of office, classrooms, pantry, and common areas
Serving tea, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors
Assisting in loading and unloading of materials, files, and office supplies
Delivering files, documents, and messages within the office or to nearby locations
Arranging furniture and materials for meetings or events
Assisting staff with basic office-related tasks as required
Monitoring and refilling pantry and office supplies
Following instructions given by supervisors or office administration
