Role Overview

This is not just a job — it’s a core operations role.

As a BatBox Operations Executive, you’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the facility, delivering a great player experience, and maintaining the energy BatBox is known for.

You’ll act as the on-ground face of BatBox, managing sessions, players, and operations seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily net sessions end-to-end (setup, execution, wrap-up)

• Operate and handle bowling machines efficiently (training provided)

• Ensure smooth scheduling and flow of bookings

• Interact with players and deliver a top-quality experience

• Maintain discipline, safety, and positive environment on the field

• Handle basic customer queries, bookings, and coordination

• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of nets and equipment

• Support business operations and improve on-ground efficiency

Who We’re Looking For

• Passion for cricket (players/fans both welcome)

• Responsible, disciplined, and proactive personality

• Good communication and people-handling skills

• Someone who takes ownership, not just follows instructions

• Energetic and comfortable in a sports environment

• Willingness to learn, grow, and take initiative

Freshers are welcome — attitude matters more than experience.

💰 Stipend: ₹9,000 – ₹10,000 + performance-based incentives

📈 Growth Path:

Operations Executive → Senior Executive → Facility Manager

🕒 Timings: 11 AM – 9:30 PM (Full-time preferred)
