We are looking for a Granite and Marble Worker (Labor) to join our team at Ram Construction. Your responsibility will be assisting contractors, operating heavy machinery and following all health and safety regulations at site. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for this position. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹18000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisted in the cutting, shaping, and polishing of granite and marble slabs using hand tools, power tools, and precision machinery.

• Prepared and installed stone surfaces for countertops, flooring, wall cladding, and decorative features in residential and commercial projects.

• Measured, marked, and cut materials according to blueprints and client specifications, ensuring accuracy and minimal waste.

• Safely transported and positioned heavy stone pieces using hoists, dollies, and lifting equipment, adhering to workplace safety protocols.

• Mixed and applied adhesives, grout, and sealants to ensure durable, high-quality finishes.

• Collaborated with installers, designers, and project managers to meet tight deadlines without compromising craftsmanship.

• Maintained tools, equipment, and work areas in clean, organized, and operational condition.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 2 - 3 years of experience. Candidates applying for the position must be at least 18 years of age. The role requires physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks to be performed in all weather. Dependability and timely attendance are essential.
