About the Role

Krishna Enterprise is seeking a hardworking and reliable Field Installation Technician to join our banner and signage team. This role is critical to our operations, as you will be responsible for the physical creation and installation of banner hoardings and shop-front displays for our clients across West Bengal.

Key Responsibilities

Structure Fabrication: Assembling and creating the frames/structures required for various types of banners and hoardings.

Banner Mounting: Precisely pasting and securing banners onto structures to ensure a professional, wrinkle-free finish.

On-Site Installation: Traveling to various shop locations to securely install banners and signage.

Logistics & Navigation: Planning travel routes across West Bengal using Google Maps to ensure timely arrival at client locations.

Safety & Quality: Ensuring all installations are sturdy, safe, and meet company quality standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience: Prior experience in banner hoarding, signage installation, or related structural labor is essential.

Technical Skill: Proficiency in building structures and the technical process of banner pasting/mounting.

Regional Knowledge: Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout West Bengal.

Digital Literacy: Ability to use Google Maps for route calculation and navigation.

Physical Fitness: Ability to handle tools, climb ladders, and perform manual labor in various outdoor conditions.

Preferred Qualifications (Plus Points)

Driving: Possession of a valid Driving License and the ability to drive company vehicles.

Communication: Fluency in Bengali; basic understanding of Hindi is a Plus
