Job Overview

We are looking for hardworking and dedicated Production Helpers to join our fabrication team. In this role, you will provide essential support to our skilled technicians and operators to ensure the smooth flow of our production line.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabrication Support: Assist senior fabricators in moving materials, holding parts in place, and preparing components for assembly.

• Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport raw materials or finished products within the factory floor.

• Tool Maintenance: Help clean and organize tools, machinery, and workstations.

• Safety Compliance: Follow all factory safety protocols and wear necessary protective gear at all times.

• General Tasks: Perform basic manual tasks as assigned by the supervisor to meet daily production targets.

Shift Details & Compensation

• Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

• Break Time: 1 hour (included).

• Working Days: [Monday to Saturday].

• Salary: 7500- 9000 per month.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a factory or fabrication setting is a plus but not mandatory.

• Must be physically fit and capable of manual labor.

• Punctuality and a strong work ethic are essential.

• Ability to follow instructions clearly.
