Salary (In-hand): ₹10,000 – ₹20,000

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist contractors and site supervisors in daily site work

• Operate and take basic care of construction tools and machinery (as instructed)

• Help skilled workers such as equipment operators and carpenters

• Prepare construction sites by removing debris, obstacles, and hazards

• Load and unload construction materials

• Follow instructions given by supervisors

• Follow all health and safety rules at the site

• Attend on-the-job training when required

• Perform site cleaning and housekeeping work

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Below 10th pass

• Experience: 0 – 6+ years

• Age: 18 years or above

• Must be physically fit for manual work in all weather conditions

• Punctual, hardworking, and dependable

• Willing to learn and work as part of a team
