About the Role : Responsible for managing the end-to-end fulfilment of customer orders, ensuring every order is processed accurately, prepared on time, and handed over smoothly to the customer or delivery partner. The role requires strong coordination with sales, inventory, production, packaging, and dispatch teams.

What You'll Do

● Receive and review customer orders and verify all required details.

● Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure product availability and order readiness. ● Track orders from confirmation to packing, dispatch, and final fulfilment.

● Coordinate with production, inventory, packaging, and dispatch teams for timely execution.

● Ensure the correct product, size, quantity, alterations, packaging, and customer requirements are fulfilled.

● Identify and resolve order discrepancies, delays, or missing information.

● Maintain accurate order records and update fulfilment status regularly.

● Ensure proper documentation and handover of completed orders.

● Monitor pending orders and proactively follow up to avoid delays.

● Support smooth coordination between front-end customer teams and backend operations.
