We are seeking a reliable, hardworking General Helper to support our daily operations and assist our skilled team members. In this entry-level role, you will perform a variety of routine tasks, including preparing work areas, handling materials, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a clean, safe work environment

The ideal candidate is a team player who follows instructions accurately, possesses strong physical stamina, and maintains a high level of dependability. No advanced experience is required; we provide on-the-job training for individuals with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Worksite Preparation: Set up tools, machinery, and safety equipment before the start of each shift.

• Material Management: Load, unload, and move raw materials, parts, or finished goods manually or using basic transport equipment. [1]

• Operational Support: Assist skilled tradespeople, technicians, or machine operators with basic assembly, holding components, or feeding materials into machinery.

• Facility Maintenance: Sweep, mop, remove debris, and organize storage areas to keep the workspace clean and hazard-free.

• Tool Care: Clean, maintain, and properly store hand tools, power tools, and industrial equipment after use.

• Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols, wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and report hazards immediately.

• Administrative Support: Perform minor clerical tasks, count inventory, or label materials when requested.
