Job Summary:
We are hiring Helpers for Sujan Manufacturing Company. The selected candidates will support production activities, handle materials, maintain cleanliness, and assist machine operators in daily manufacturing operations. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist machine operators during production.

• Load and unload raw materials and finished goods.

• Perform packing, labeling, and material handling.

• Keep the work area clean and organized.

• Follow supervisor instructions and production schedules.

• Maintain quality and safety standards.

• Use basic hand tools and equipment safely.

• Support other departments whenever required.

• Follow all company safety rules and wear the required PPE.

• Perform any other production-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Qualification: Below 10th / 10th Pass / ITI (preferred but not mandatory)

• Experience: Freshers to 6+ years

• Age: 18 years or above

• Physically fit and willing to work in a manufacturing environment.

• Good discipline, punctuality, and teamwork.

• Willing to work 12-hour shifts and overtime when required.

Salary & Benefits:

• In-Hand Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹20,000 per month
