📢 URGENT HIRING — FACTORY HELPER (FRESHER)| Cable Manufacturing Unit Location: Howrah / Dhulagarh / Andul, West Bengal Vacancies: 02 | Joining: Immediate

🏭 About the Role

We are urgently hiring 20 Factory Helpers (Freshers Welcome) for our cable manufacturing unit in Howrah. This is a ground-floor opportunity for young, hardworking individuals who want to build a stable career in India's growing cable and electrical industry. No prior experience is required — we will train you on the job.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Assist machine operators and technical staff on the production floor

Handle raw materials, finished goods, and basic material movement

Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area

Support loading, unloading, and stock arrangement as required

Follow instructions from the supervisor and report daily activity

Adhere strictly to factory safety rules and guidelines

✅ Eligibility Criteria

Education: Minimum Class 8 pass (Class 10 preferred, not mandatory)

Experience: Zero experience required — freshers are strongly encouraged

Age: 18 to 50 years

Gender: Male candidates preferred (factory floor role)

Residence: Candidates from Howrah, Dhulagarh, Andul, Barrackpore, or nearby areas preferred

💰 Salary & Benefits

Pay: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month

INCENTIVE :₹500/ MONTH

Overtime: Additional pay as per Factories Act, 1948

Payment: Monthly (candidate's choice)

Growth: Performance-based promotion to Operator level within 6–12 months

Work Type: Full-time, 12 HOURS

Working Hours: 12 HOURS (as per schedule)

Work Location: On-site — Howrah / Dhulagarh / Andul
