Job Title: Ground Coordinator - Aviation

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and energetic Ground Coordinator to manage day-to-day airport operations and ensure seamless passenger and flight handling. The ideal candidate should be confident, well-presented, and able to work in a fast-paced aviation environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist passengers during check-in, security, and boarding processes.

Coordinate with airlines, ground staff, and airport departments for smooth operations.

Manage baggage handling, ramp activities, and arrival/departure procedures.

Provide accurate information to passengers and resolve basic queries.

Ensure safety, compliance, and customer service standards at all times.

Maintain documentation and prepare daily operational reports.

Handle emergency or irregular situations professionally.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

Good communication skills in English & Hindi/Bengali.

Presentable, polite, and able to work in shifts.

Basic computer knowledge.

Freshers can apply.

Salary & Benefits

Salary range: 18000-25000 (depending on location & experience).

Shift allowance & additional airport benefits as per company policy.

Work Location

Airport operations (specific location will be provided during interview).

Additional Requirements

Candidate must be medically fit.

Must carry valid identity proof during interview.
