Factory Worker

Job Title: Helper

Location: Yantra Design Pvt. Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Helper will support daily shop floor and production activities by assisting operators, technicians, and supervisors to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

•                 Assist CNC operators and fitters in daily production work

•                 Load and unload raw material and finished components

•                 Carry tools, fixtures, and job materials as instructed

•                 Shift materials within shop floor using trolley or equipment (if trained)

•                 Arrange and stack raw material and finished goods properly

•                 Support machine setup activities before production starts

•                 Clean machines, remove chips, and maintain work area cleanliness

•                 Maintain 5S standards on shop floor

•                 Support packing and dispatch activities when required

•                 Follow all safety rules and wear PPE at all times

•                 Report machine issues, hazards, or abnormalities to supervisor

•                 Do not operate machines without authorization

•                 Follow instructions from supervisor and senior operators

•                 Maintain discipline, punctuality, and teamwork on shop floor Requirements:

•                 Basic education preferred

•                 Physically fit and willing to work on shop floor

•                 Ready to learn and follow instructions
