हेल्पर फैक्ट्री वर्कर

We are looking for a Factory Worker to join our team at Gravity. Your responsibility will be assisting contractors, operating heavy machinery and following all health and safety regulations at site. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for this position. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹14,000 - ₹15,000.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle assembly line/production work as per company SOPs

- Maintain quality standards and meet daily production targets

- Follow all safety protocols and factory guidelines

- Assist in packaging, loading, and material handling tasks

- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and cleanliness on the shop floor

- Report any machine faults or quality issues to the supervisor

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th pass/12th pass/ Diploma/Graduate and 6 months - 5 years of experience. Candidates applying for the position must be at least 18 years of age. The role requires physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks to be performed in all weather. Dependability and timely attendance are essential.
