Job Description – Worker

we are looking for a Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting contractors, operating heavy machinery where required, and following all health and safety regulations at the worksite. A strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail are essential for this position.

In-Hand Salary: ₹15,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and care for construction equipment and machinery.

• Assist equipment operators, carpenters, and other skilled workers as needed.

• Prepare construction sites by removing obstacles and hazards.

• Load and unload construction materials and equipment.

• Follow instructions from supervisors and support craft workers in daily operations.

• Attend on-the-job training sessions when required.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite.

• Comply with all company health and safety regulations.

Job Requirements

• Qualification: No minimum qualification required.

• Experience: 0–6 months.

• Physically fit and able to perform manual labor and other strenuous tasks.

• Willing to work in all weather conditions.

• Dependable, punctual, and hardworking.

• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
