We are looking for a Helper to join our team Srijan Solutions. Your responsibility will be assisting contractors, operating heavy machinery and following all health and safety regulations at site. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for this position. The position offers an in-hand salary of I2500/-

Key Responsibilities:

• Help equipment operators, other skilled labor when necessary.

• Prepare sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards.

• Load unload Boiler Fuel and Ash

• Follow instructions from supervisors and assist workers.

• Attend on-the-job training when necessary and perform site clean-up.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th or Less and 0 to 1 year's experience. Candidates applying for the position must be at least 18 years of age. The role requires physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks to be performed in all weather. Dependability and timely attendance are essential.
