Factory Helper

Job Description

We are looking for a Factory Helper to join our team at Shyam Fibers. The successful candidate will assist in the manufacturing of home textile products such as quilts, mattresses, pillows, and bedsheets.

Your responsibilities will include assisting with production activities, handling materials, and supporting machine operators in daily factory operations. A strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and attention to detail are essential for this role.

The position offers an in-hand salary of 10,000 to 15,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the production of quilts, mattresses, pillows, bedsheets, and other home textile products

Operate and handle quilt manufacturing materials and products carefully

Load and unload raw materials and finished goods

Follow instructions from supervisors and assist skilled workers

Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area

Attend on-the-job training when required

Support packing, moving, and general factory work

Job Requirements

Minimum qualification: Below 10th standard

Experience: 0 to 6 months (Freshers can apply)

Candidate must be at least 18 years old

Physically fit and able to perform manual labor

Dependable, punctual, and hardworking

Ability to work in different weather and factory conditions
