Factory Helper

Role Title: Factory Helper

Location: Manesar

Reporting To: Factory Supervisor / Production Manager

Role Objective

To support daily factory operations by assisting in production activities, handling materials,

maintaining cleanliness of the work area, and ensuring smooth workflow across production,

packaging, and dispatch processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Production Support

● Assist machine operators and production staff during manufacturing processes.

● Load and unload raw materials required for production.

● Help in assembling, sorting, or preparing materials as per production requirements.

● Ensure production tools and materials are available at the workstation.

2. Material Handling

● Move raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products within the factory

premises.

● Assist in stacking, storing, and organizing materials in designated areas.

● Ensure safe handling of materials to avoid damage or wastage.

3. Packing & Dispatch Assistance

● Support the packing team in packaging finished products.

● Label and prepare products for dispatch as per instructions.

● Assist in loading goods for transportation.

4. Factory Maintenance & Cleanliness

● Maintain cleanliness of the production floor and workstations.

● Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are properly placed after use.

● Assist in maintaining a safe and organized working environment.

5. Safety Compliance

● Follow all factory safety guidelines and instructions.

● Use protective equipment when required.

● Report any unsafe conditions or equipment issues to the supervisor.

Additional Responsibilities

A. Inventory Support

● Assist the store team in counting and organizing inventory when required.

● Help in unloading and arranging incoming materials.

B. Team Coordination

● Support different factory departments when additional manpower is required.

● Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

C. Basic Maintenance Support

● Assist technicians or maintenance staff when required for minor tasks.

Required Skills

● Basic understanding of factory work environment

Experience & Qualification

● Minimum qualification: 8th / 10th Pass preferred

● 0–2 years of experience in factory, warehouse, or manufacturing environment preferred

● Freshers willing to work in a factory setup can also apply.
