Job Description:

• Material handling: Load and unload materials, move items using carts or dollies, and ensure materials are ready for production.

• Equipment support: Assist with machine setup, operation (starting/stopping), and disassembly/assembly of equipment and machinery.

• Work area maintenance: Clean production areas, sweep floors, remove debris, and ensure the workspace is organized and free of hazards.

• Quality and safety: Adhere to safety protocols, alert supervisors to equipment malfunctions, and assist with quality control measures.

• Other tasks: Perform tasks as delegated by supervisors, such as marking parts for identification or assisting with minor maintenance and lubrication.

Required skills and qualifications

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving materials.

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 10th Pass or equivalent.

Work Conditions:

• If may require overtime, weekend, or shift work depending on site requirements.
