Job Summary

We are urgently seeking active and reliable individuals to join our Meesho Warehouse operations in Ludhiana. The ideal candidates will be responsible for daily warehouse tasks, ensuring that products are accurately processed and prepared for delivery.

Key Responsibilities

* Scanning: Accurately scan incoming and outgoing inventory using handheld devices.

* Picking: Collect items from designated storage areas based on order lists.

* Sorting: Organize and sort packages correctly for timely dispatch and delivery.

* Maintain general cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse environment.

Qualifications & Skills

* Education: Minimum 8th, 10th, or 12th pass.

* Language: Must have basic English reading skills (to read labels and scanners).

* Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome.

* Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, and handle light to moderate lifting during the shift.

Working Hours & Compensation

* Shifts: Rotational Shifts

* Option 1: 9-Hour Shift

* Salary: ₹13,000 (In-hand)

* Option 2: 12-Hour Shift

* Salary: ₹18,000 (In-hand)

* ਸਕੈਨਿੰਗ (Scanning): ਸਕੈਨਰ ਮਸ਼ੀਨ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰਕੇ ਆਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਾਮਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਸਹੀ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਸਕੈਨ ਕਰਨਾ।

* ਪਿਕਿੰਗ (Picking): ਆਰਡਰ ਲਿਸਟ ਦੇ ਅਧਾਰ 'ਤੇ ਵੇਅਰਹਾਊਸ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਸਹੀ ਸਾਮਾਨ ਇਕੱਠਾ ਕਰਨਾ।

* ਸੌਰਟਿੰਗ (Sorting): ਸਮੇਂ ਸਿਰ ਡਿਲਿਵਰੀ ਲਈ ਪੈਕੇਜਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਹੀ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਵੱਖ ਕਰਨਾ ਅਤੇ ਛਾਂਟਣਾ।

* ਵੇਅਰਹਾਊਸ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਸਾਫ਼-ਸਫ਼ਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਦੇ ਨਿਯਮਾਂ ਦਾ ਧਿਆਨ ਰੱਖਣਾ।

ਯੋਗਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਹੁਨਰ

* ਸਿੱਖਿਆ: ਘੱਟੋ-ਘੱਟ 8ਵੀਂ, 10ਵੀਂ ਜਾਂ 12ਵੀਂ ਪਾਸ।

* ਭਾਸ਼ਾ: ਮੁਢਲੀ ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ੀ ਪੜ੍ਹਨੀ ਆਉਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ (ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਬਾਰਕੋਡ, ਲੇਬਲ ਅਤੇ ਸਕੈਨਰ ਪੜ੍ਹੇ ਜਾ ਸਕਣ)।

* ਤਜਰਬਾ: ਨਵੇਂ (Freshers) ਅਤੇ ਤਜਰਬੇਕਾਰ ਦੋਵੇਂ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਅਪਲਾਈ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ।
