Factory Helper

We are looking for a Factory Helper to join our team at Everest. Your responsibility will be assisting contractors, operating heavy machinery and following all health and safety regulations at site. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for this position. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹20000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and care for construction equipment and machines.

• Help equipment operators, carpenters and other skilled labor when necessary.

• Prepare construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards.

• Load/unload construction materials.

• Follow instructions from supervisors and assist craft workers.

• Attend on-the-job training when necessary and perform site clean-up.

Job Requirements:
