Factory Helper

We are looking for a Factory Helper to join our team at DIXON ENGINEERING CONSULTANTS. Your responsibility will be assisting contractors, operating heavy machinery and following all health and safety regulations at site. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for this position. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹ 13,690 - ₹ 16,868.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and care for construction equipment and machines.
• Help equipment operators, carpenters and other skilled labor when necessary.
• Prepare construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards.
• Load/unload construction materials.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and assist craft workers.
• Attend on-the-job training when necessary and perform site clean-up.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and candidate must be a fresher. Candidates applying for the position must be at least 18 years of age.
