"We are looking for a Factory Helper to join our team at Amba Enterprise. Your responsibility will be assisting production staff, operating machinery, and following all health and safety regulations in the factory. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for this position. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹ 10,000 - ₹ 12,000.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist production staff in manufacturing processes
- Operate and care for machinery used in mattress production
- Handle and move materials, such as foam, fabric, and springs
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow instructions from supervisors and assist in quality control
- Attend on-the-job training when necessary
Job Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Below 10th
- 0 - 0.5 years of experience (freshers can apply)
- Age: 18 years or above
- Physical stamina to work in a factory environment
