Job Description – Factory Helper (UPVC & Prefabrication)

Location: Oragadam, Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Job Overview

We are looking for hardworking and dedicated Factory Helpers for our UPVC and Prefabrication manufacturing division at Oragadam.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in UPVC windows and doors manufacturing and assembly.

• Support fabrication and prefabrication production activities.

• Assist operators, welders, and production staff as required.

• Handle loading, unloading, and movement of materials.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the factory.

• Follow instructions from supervisors and the production team.

• Perform general factory duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Must be physically fit and willing to work in a factory environment.

• Basic knowledge of factory or manufacturing work is preferred.

• Must be able to communicate in Tamil or Hindi.

• Candidates residing near Oragadam, Kanchipuram, or nearby areas are preferred.

• Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000, based on experience and suitability.
