Job Description – Plant Helper (RMC – Chipping & Casting)
Position: Plant Helper – RMC
Department: Production / Operations
Industry: Ready Mix Concrete (RMC)
Work Location: Ahmedabad Shantigaram
Experience: 0–2 Years
Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass or equivalent
Salary:16000 to 18000
Key Responsibilities
Assist the plant team in daily RMC production and plant operations.
Support chipping, casting, cleaning, and material handling activities.
Assist operators and supervisors during concrete production and casting operations.
Handle basic tools and equipment used for chipping and casting work.
Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping around the RMC plant and work area.
Support loading, unloading, shifting, and stacking of materials as required.
Follow all safety guidelines and PPE requirements at the plant.
Assist in routine maintenance and other operational activities as instructed by the supervisor.
Report any equipment, material, or safety-related issues to the concerned supervisor.
Perform other duties related to plant operations as assigned.
