Job Title: Retail Pharmacist

Department: Retail Operations
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 1–3 Years (Freshers can also apply)
Qualification: D.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Location: AC Sarkar Road, Athpur Bazar, Rohora Bazar
Salary: As per industry standards / based on experience
Rotaitional Shift :-
7 am to 4 pm,
11 pm to 8 pm,
2 pm to 11 pm

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense medicines accurately as per prescriptions and applicable regulations.

• Verify prescriptions, dosage, drug interactions, and patient requirements.

• Provide basic guidance to customers regarding medicine usage, dosage, and precautions.

• Handle billing, POS operations, and cash/card/UPI transactions.

• Maintain proper inventory, stock availability, expiry checks, and medicine storage.

• Ensure compliance with pharmacy and drug licence requirements.

• Maintain proper records for prescription and scheduled medicines.

• Support sales, upselling, and cross-selling of relevant products.

• Participate in BTL activities and local marketing initiatives to support store sales growth.

• Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and proper arrangement of the pharmacy.

• Coordinate with the Store In-Charge and other team members for smooth store operations.

• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve basic customer queries professionally.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of medicines, generic medicines, and pharmaceutical products.

• Knowledge of pharmacy operations and dispensing procedures.

• Basic knowledge of billing/POS software.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Sales-oriented approach with willingness to achieve store targets.

• Ability to work in flexible/rotational shifts.

Eligibility

• Valid State Pharmacy Council Registration is mandatory.

• Candidates with retail/medical-store/pharmacy experience will be preferred.

• Freshers with valid registration may also apply.

• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
