Job Title: Pharmacist

Location: Rahara Bazar

Working Hours: 8:30 AM–8:30 PM

Experience: 1–5 Years

Salary: Competitive; Commensurate with experience

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented pharmacist to join our team at Rahara Bazar. The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate dispensing of medications, rigorous inventory management, and providing excellent service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispensing: Accurately and safely dispense medications according to prescription orders.

• Inventory Management: Raise pharmacy requisition slips and ensure timely procurement of stock.

• Stock Verification: Receive stock from stores and verify quantity, batch numbers, and expiry dates against issue slips.

• Auditing: Conduct daily physical stock verification and reconcile with computer records.

• Expiry Control: Perform periodic audits, including monthly checks for short-expiry medicines and six-month reviews for non-moving items.

• Customer Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective interaction.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or a related field.

• Experience: 1–5 years (prior experience in pharmacy practice is preferred).

• Technical Skills: Familiarity with pharmacy software and computerized inventory systems.

• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent interpersonal communication skills.

• Compliance: Ability to ensure full compliance with all pharmacy regulations.
