What are we looking for?

We are looking for dynamic Health Advisor Pharmacist to be our face at our stores and help us gain customer delight.

What you’ll be doing: Ensuring your learning curve is high at all times Ensuring that customer service is top of the game and as per our standards Consulting prescriptions and patients Arranging the medicines in the racks and in medical boxes Recommending another brand of medicine but of the same molecule to the patient Answering Customer queries face to face or by Phone Selling OTC medicines and various offers Managing of expiry medication Billing process in computer software Handling cash in billing counter and deposit in the bank Monitoring and analyzing the expenditure on drugs, providing reports as required Conducting accurate weekly audit process Establishing, developing and maintaining relationship with existing and new customers.
